“I can see these are good quality but unfortunately being and extension novice I ordered the wrong thing and I tried to open it as I didn’t know it was the wrong thing and the box was damaged which I was gutted about as I would have returned them and bought the more expensive ones that I now know I needed but they do look like lovely extensions so reviewing a 5”

“I do love it but I'm a little nervous wearing it because of the security. The small...SMALL clip on the inside DOESN'T CLIP because it's just too small. So I end up having a little "flat" portion on the top of the pony tail. However it's manageable. Now the other portion where I feel there needs to be improvement is the extra bit of hair that wraps around. You need more of it because after I wrapped it around the knot, you can still see the velcro and so I have to tease it before wrapping it around. Had there meeb MORE HAIR on that piece, then the velcro would be easily covered. For now I like it but need to put more bobby pins in it to secure it well.”

Hey Jacquelyne, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry that you are not entirely happy with your ponytail, we have recently changed the clip on our ponytails due to customer feedback. The old clips weren't very secure so we have changed them to a clip instead of a comb. We do have video tutorials available for different ways you can try and apply your pony or you could always change the clip if you would rather. “The clip-in pony is very pretty and well made, it's just too heavy for me. My hair is fine and thin, I didn't really have enough of my own hair to wrap the ponytail around. It's also pretty heavy, it felt like it was going to fall out at any moment. This would probably work great for someone with more hair, it just isn't for me.”
