“I received the jacket after more than 28 days and had found it very difficult to communicate with Fox. As I had ordered to take away it came too late.
The online chat gave very little information and the e-mail was only answered once.
When I received the jacket it was very poor quality and a poor fit so I sent it back immediately.
The only good part of my experience was that the refund was very quick in being given..
I would not shop with Fox again”
