“This is a spare, bought for the next time I strip the hub to check and lubricate. Use the right circlip pliers - mine are Laser screw adjust - and it's a few seconds to remove and fit a new one.”

“The old one, evidently reused at the last major service , was distorted and weakened. My extensive toolkit didn't include anything suitable so I also suggest the Laser screw adjusting circlip pliers that work perfectly. It makes installation of this vital part so very quick & easy.”
