“Service was really good: prompt and efficient. The part, however, was not as illustrated on the website. Whilst it would undoubtedly fit the bike, it was unlike the original part and therefore neither what I wanted nor what I expected. I understand that the manufacturer, Triumph, changed the part mid-run for my series of bike, rendering the original part unobtainable, though that was not made clear on the website. The part was returned for a refund for which I am still waiting. I would add that this is unusual. To date every other interaction I have had with Fowler's has been exemplary and I fully intend to continue to use them. It's simply that this was not the expected part.”
