“Wow. Just wow. This tour was hands-down the highlight of my time in Saigon. From the moment Long picked me up on his motorbike, I knew I was in for a night to remember. Riding through the city at night was exhilarating—neon lights, buzzing streets, and the hum of the motorbike beneath me made me feel like I was in the middle of a movie. Our food stops were nothing short of spectacular. We started with Banh Uot Ban Me, soft rice pancakes stuffed with savory goodness—an absolute delight.
