The incredible tour experience started just minutes after booking…when I received an invite on WhatsApp from Peter - where he introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. Peter gave us tips on what to wear and he answered all of our questions promptly and friendly! The day of the tour Peter arrived early and messaged that he’s waiting by the lobby of our hotel but not to rush…just said he’s looking forward to meeting us at the scheduled pickup time! Once loaded in his car, he provided all of us with drinks, snacks, and all access to a wifi hotspot! Peter was enthusiastic and funny all day long. The Elephant tour was amazing and Peter volunteered himself as our personal photographer and videographer and boy did he take some creative shots and videos! Peter customized our itinerary to meet our wishes and took hundred of insta worthy shots! Our tour ended up taking 4 hours longer than planned and we loved every minute!!!! What a gem of a tour company and Peter is simply the best! I can’t recommend Peter enough and can’t wait to return and book more tours with Peter at Forever Vacation! “We had the most amazing day with our tour guide Peter!! Everything was magnificent and he ensured that our day was perfect from start to finish. The van was well stocked with snacks, he gave us great overviews and conversations of where we were, the music played en route was to our liking, he photographed us, and was just awesome all around!!! Our group of 5 had different comfort levels with the elephants and Peter took great care to ensure we were well looked after and at ease. We enjoyed all other parts of the tour as well. “It was amazing to see and interact with the elephants up close, including the baby elephant Krishna. You do move through the areas pretty quickly, but that’s understandable and better for the elephants who seem content and well taken care of in the park. If you do catch a quiet moment, they’re happy to let you pet them and spend a little extra time. My tour guide Ngurah did a good job taking photos and videos of the experience. He was also helpful with customizing the day to best fit my interests and plans for the rest of my time in Bali. Forever Vacation Bali do a great job organizing the tour and answering any questions. The car we used during the day was modern and very comfortable to travel. I also appreciate the prompt and constant communication with the team. Thank you!”
“This was our first tour in Bali and it was amazing. You get to ride on top of the elephant with their mahout and actually go into the pool that the elephants swim in. It is an amazing experience. After, you get to wash down the elephants and feed them treats of fruit and corn. Our guide, Sugara, was simply the best. He was very accommodating to our needs and desires, and was able to make changes to the itinerary as we wanted or needed. He made sure that we had an excellent time. He was so knowledgeable about local customs, the area and the culture of Bali. Sugara has so much customer care experience from past positions int he travel industry and it definitely shows. I highly recommend him as well as the ForeverVacations tour company. They are the best.”
