“We used Ben and Jamie for our tours and activities in both KL and Bali. From planning to implementation it was a pleasure working with them. While in KL they even helped us plan an evening at Dinner In the Sky and brought cupcakes for one of our travelers who was celebrating her bday. They met us the day of our IG tour to see us off with our tour guides of Jackie and Chen. They provided snacks and waters on the bus. We even added the option of going inside the Petronas Towers. The Batu caves and Petronas Towers were my favorite of the trip. I highly recommend Ben and Janie as they will work with your group to provide an experience that works for you.”

“I traveled with a group of 50 and someone recommended the this tour. Since our first inquiry Ben stepped in and offered outstanding service. Ben and Janie went over and beyond to accommodate our group, response time and communication was phenomenal, and that's just getting started. They created a What's App group for us to keep us informed and even met our group to introduce themselves during our travels. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and kept us in track which is not easy with such a large group. I was actually shocked by the level of service that I received.”

From the moment I booked, they were in touch with me to let me know updates and important information and were actually checking in on me to see if I was having fun the whole time!The tour itself was extremely well organized, my guide Goh was SUUUUUUUUUUPERB and took me to more places than the itinerary had just because he was so great and we got along really well! He was also really fantastic and told me a lot about Malaysian history and customs which put things into perspective and added a great flare to the whole tour. More than that, I’m seriously afraid of heights and Goh really supported me and pushed me so I can challenge myself and not miss out on the Batu Caves which I genuinely appreciated and needed...Not to mention the AWESOME photos we took everywhere, but that’s a given haha.Definitely recommend this tour to anyone going to KL, and for me: I’m already booking my next tours with Forever Vacations in Bali this week!”
