“As soon as I booked this tour I was added to a What’s App chat making it so easy to communicate and keep up to date. My husband hurt his foot 2 days before the tour and Janie was so understanding and reassuring. The night before she organised a slight change to the tour so we could visit waterfalls that didn’t require as much walking. My husband ended up being ok on the day so we happily stuck to the original itinerary but was so grateful that we could be flexible throughout the day. We absolutely LOVED every moment, we had Tri as our guide and he was so funny and super easy to hang out with. I can’t wait to come back to Bali and do more tours with Forever Vacation. We booked this tour approx. 2 weeks before going to Bali and were immediately added to a private group chat welcoming us to the company, explaining the details of the tour, and offering assistance in any way. This chat became our primary form of communication with the team to ask questions, iron out details, etc. We were always replied to in a prompt, welcoming, and friendly manner (and they were extremely flexible in meeting our needs.)
The team was so kind, professional, responsive, and welcoming. We were blown away by how amazing visiting these waterfalls turned out to be because of the Forever Vacation Team and specifically, our driver, Aji. (Ask for Aji!)
We can not recommend this company enough!
Our only regret is not booking all tours in Bali with this company!
