“Absolutely perfect day! As I was still recovering from all the stairs in Nusa Penida, my dear Sugara changed the itinerary so that I wouldn’t have to do crazy number of stairs we went to Pandawa beach, Melasti beach, center of Uluwatu and then to the temple for the Kecak dance. I am so happy I can say I have learnt so much from Sugara, not only about Balinese culture but so much about random things here and more profound aspects of life that I will carry forward with me in life. It was really insightful talking to him, he is full of knowledge and understanding. It has been my absolute pleasure to meet and speak with him on the 2 tours I did with FV. He was extremely kind and helpful as well. Maybe for an hour we weren’t talking during the whole day but the rest of the time we were constantly talking and it was really great! He also took lovely pictures of me which I will always cherish! The Kecak dance was also beautiful to watch with a stunning sunset which I was convinced wouldn’t happen since there were quite some clouds. But the Gods definitely surprised me and I’m so grateful to have witnessed it. I cannot thank Sugara and the FV team enough for all their kindness, quick adapting and responses. While FV does charge higher for their tours, I can without a doubt say their tours and the guides are definitely worth every penny.
