Organic Ground Flaxseed (Linseed) is ready to sprinkle.
Organic ground flaxseed (linseed) is a very popular whole food which has been cultivated for over 6000 years.  You may sometimes hear these little nutrient dense seeds being called linseeds - they are exactly the same thing.

One 30g serving of ground flaxseed is high in protein, fibre, B1, magnesium and manganese.  Flaxseed is actually one of the richest sources of plant based omega 3 fatty acids (also called alpha-linolenic acid - ALA).

You can buy organic whole flaxseed which are best soaked or ground before use, but this flaxseed has already been ground for you.

Flaxseed is a great binder so it can be added to soups or stews to help them thicken or to help gluten free flours bind.

If you prefer to use the whole seed you could try our organic organic golden flaxseed or our organic four seed mix.

This product is ground to a size of 0.5mm and not finely ground.

Ingredients: Organic Brown Flaxseed

Origin: Poland / Kazakhstan

Allergen Information: Packed on premises that handle gluten, tree nuts, sesame, soya, peanuts, celery, mustard

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We are a little confused as you have said that you would recommend this product but have only given it 2 stars. 5 stars is the best rating. We hope that you enjoy your organic ground flaxseed. Kind regards,

Great ground linseed. Not a fan of the new packaging though. The peel-off labels I use on my jars has disappeared.
