Organic Dried Apricots - 1kg Reviews

Organic Apricots are in a league of their own.
Organic Apricots are a completely different product to their non-organic friends. They look and taste like a different dried fruit altogether.  If you havent tried them before we are sure you will agree that they are much more delicious.

Apricots grow on a relatively small tree which grows to about 20ft and has a wide canopy.  The fresh fruit is harvested from the tree and then dried naturally to produce these dense sweet treats.  Non-organic dried apricots are orange because they are preserved with sulphur. The organic ones are unsulphured so are brown in colour and have a different texture.

If you soak dried apricots they will become plump and can be used to make moist cakes and fruit loaves.  They can also be snacked on straight from the bag or added to trail mix.  If you want to get started with your dried apricots try these energy boost breakfast bars.
