“Easy to navigate, short but detailed information re areas of food hygiene. Completed the course in the recommended time, approx 1hour and 10 mins.”

“This is a great general information course covering all aspects of food hygiene. It is primarily for small businesses but the practical information is the same for all persons handling food, and it is helpful to know all the legal aspects even if I work in an Early Years setting. I like that it can be completed at a person's own convenience online to be fitted around a busy work and home life.”
