“I ordered a Nordic Sand oval plate at the beginning of January and was told (via email) that they were out of stock but that new stock was due in 3-4 weeks. I said I would wait. The plate was finally delivered on 2 April, which is almost 12 weeks since I ordered it, with no updates or apologies. More worryingly, three emails I sent were returned as undeliverable. The plate is nice but I wouldn't use this company again because of their poor communication.”
