I was using a Oudie 5 from about 5 years ago. Then I started to use the XCTrack on an andriod phone with XC Tracer then XC Tracer Maxx II over the Oudie 5 two years ago. Then SeeYou Navigator came out in the last year which I found to be better than XCTrack. This was paired with XC Tracer Maxx II. Before buying the Oudie N I was using the SeeYou Navigator XC Tracer Maxx II. This combination worked will except for comps where I found the blue dots for the current track to cylinder and the blue tracks to the read of the course very difficult to read in the air in bright sun light, so I switched to XCTrack for the Comp. I am hoping Navitor will change that in the future. There was an option by Naviter to trade-in my Oudie 5 as part of an upgrade to a Oudie N. This I did, the new Oudie N is basically the SeeYou Navigator as a self-contained unit with a much brighter screen the battery is bigger a standard phone battery. So, if you are thinking of buying the Oudie N then try SeeYou Navigator. SeeYou Navigator is great probably the best GUI I have seen on a vario with loads of features like the old Oudie 5 but updated from the old WindowCE to android. Check out the map overlays. Naviter has been working on the old oudie for years, the new oudie N is there way of updating their ecosystem which is very complete which also includes the seeyou web site. This is an integrated part of the ecosystem user for updating waypoints, maps, analysing tracks etc.
