“Been keen for a Charley helmet for a while, took the plunge and can't be happier. My head measurement is 58cm so on the cusp between a S/M and M. I went for the S/M and it fits perfect with a bit of room.”

“My first impression was, damm I picked up the wrong size, as I am close 2cm to the S/M head circumference... After 2-3 hours, helmet fits perfectly. The only one downside is the ventilation.”

“Very light and fitted straight out of the box. SM size fitted my 57.5 cm head very comfortably. Bought with grey tinted visor. I have only used it once but I think it's one of the best additions to my paragliding kit I have made. Having not worn sunglasses, as I wear spectacles, I wasn't sure if I really wanted my view of the worlds' colours distorted... However looking through the visor I wasn't perturbed at all. In fact I think the tint is just about right. Flying at the Thames Valley site Milk Hill the low winter sun was constantly in your eyes but the visor made conditions like this much more comfortable. I'd also purchased a visor because I'd got fed up with the wind making my eyes water, especially when it's cold. In fact the visor shields a great deal of your face from the wind. The slight downside to having a visor is there seems to be more wind noise. I wasn't sure about my ears being covered, although the pads can be removed, because I like to be aware of the wind noise when I fly. However I could hear perfectly well enough. I did think that the wind noise did seem amplified as it blew over the ear pads but I'd have to test that out more to verify. With that all said I wish I'd tried out a visor years ago!”

“It's a nice helmet, super light and comfortable. Sizing is a bit off, my head measures 61cm but the M/L was too small so went for XL/XXL which is a little big even with the adjustment wound right in.”

“I have been searching for a paragliding helmet for months and have tried many different brands. Finally a helmet that fits perfectly, is really comfortable, weighs next to nothing and looks great. I have a longer narrow head (not round like most helmets are designed for). My circumference is 60.5cm and M/L fits like a glove.”
