“Bought tickets as someone always eats a burger from that menu, I don't really think hard Rock employees like these as they don't get gratuity from them as its included in price. Used on 2,separate occasions and twice no cookies available which seemed a little strange as it was early evening. Great venue with lots of items to check out. Mood always good although in usa they always have a problem cooking a well done burger comes out bit red in middle. Lost a bag and head of house not very helpful even though I could see bag under their desk.”

“We had bought the bluegrass menu for 6 of us and were a bit worried that a set menu and pre-paid tip would result in poor food and service. Quite the opposite - the service was superb, there was no sign that the food was any different from the standard menu, and at the end the waiter said the tip was already paid and we were good to go (but we gave him one anyway!).”
