“very polite when entering, waited to be seated then showed the waitress our voucher then she said to another ( oh no these vochers are a nuisance ) got seated waited ages for meal then was never bothered with again when ready to go waitress said thanks for coming that was it she walked away . that's cause graduity was included. oh well no extra tip for you then wouldn't be in hurry to go back.”

“We bought 2 Hip Hop vouchers and 2 Blue Grass tickets with a plan to have the BBQ Pulled Pork sandwiches off the Blue Grass and the Veggie Leggie and the Legendary Bacon Cheeseburger off the Hip Hop. The prices looked good before we went but comparing them to the menu prices when we got there - coupled with the fact that the 'dessert' was the 'Chefs Choice' and was a chocolate chip cookie (!!) meant we felt we did not really get a great deal. Plus we felt a bit short changed with the Veggie Leggie looking nothing like expected. That said the Cafe is a must-see place and the burgers and sandwiches were good. Next time we will probably just use the menu.”

“We bought two sets if tickets for hard rock and used them a few day apart from each other. The food was fantastic as always no waiting in lines service was spot on. Will use again next year as it aged ud loads.”

“Went on the day we had booked for. Despite phoning day before arrived to find out it was closed due to an event. We returned a couple of days later. I'm suppose I can say now Ive been to Hard Rock but I wouldn't go again. Food was OK but appeared lesser quality than those not offered off the pre paid menu. Extremely busy. We much preferred the otherv restraunts we visited.”
