“I pre paid for the hip hop menu with floridatix. My daughter wanted just a plain burger and fries.even though there was an option for a burger on the hihop menu i was told i would have to pay for another burger if i wanted it plain!!!!!! Apart from that the food was delicious, service excellent and restaurant spotless. Will certainly visit again.”

“We were so pleased we bought the dining voucher for Hard Rock Cafe, the server was very attentive and was pleased to tell us all the options we could have with the voucher, the food was great and the memorabilia was very special plus it was one less meal to budget for during the holiday and it was a great location for a handy tea after a day in the Universal parks”

“Found tickets easy to exchange,great value,but was given no menu for tickets bought.server had to look up what we could have on his mobile phone.waited well over a hour for our food to arrive they seemed to have forgot about us,would have walked out of the place if I had not prepaid.when food arrived it was very enjoyable would not go back felt like they did not care for these prepaid vouchers .”

“Visited Hard Rock during my recent stay in Orlando. Seated quickly but once I produced my Pre paid voucher to get our meals the service went rapidly down hill. It was obvious that they were not interested in our party and the way the meal was delivered was very off putting. I mentioned this to our server who became uncomfortable when answering us. Having been there before as a normal customer I could notice the difference. Very dissatisfied with the poor standard of service.”

“I wouldn't recommend this it was a total rip off. The menu choice was rubbish as well, burger, pulled pork sandwich or Caesar salad! we paid £15 per person when I asked the waitress for the bill so we could work out the tip it came to $68. I paid £60 the exchange rate isn't that bad so it was a total rip off”
