“The place was amazing and a must while on holiday in Orlando was less pleased with the staff I had prebooked and bought a voucher for 4 meals and staff who served us had never heard of the menu that we had to choose from Which made us feel really awkward and uncomfortable”

“FANTASTIC MEAL SOOO MUCH FOOD GREAT SERVICE AND BEST MEMORY PHOTO TAKEN ALL HOLIDAY THE ROCK MEMORIES ON THE WALLS SO INTERESTING AND HAVING PREPAID VIA FLORIDATIX SAVED ON SPENDING MONEY THANK FLORIDTIX HAVE BOOKED FOR MANY YEARS WITH YOU AND ALWAYS FAB”

“Very disappointing had other events from yourselves which were all great and worth the money however hard rock cafe cost 220 pounds bill came to approx 128 electric menu resteraunt had never heard of it and grilled salmon which is on the electric menu apparently has not been on the menu for a while but is still on your menu could not recommend this offer”

“We have bought these tickets for the last 3 years and have always enjoyed the meal for the price which was around £14.00 now it has doubled in price and you get exactly the same food options (burgers, burgers and more burgers) we worked out that we have easily spent $10 more per person buying these tickets than we would have walking in and buying the same meal/drink/kids ice cream dessert. Please do not waste your money! Very disappointed as we have spent £1000+ on floridatix this year and were led to believe they help families like ours save money. Will be looking to spend my money elsewhere next year!”

“Sadly this is not something I would recommend. The menu had about 5 choices of burger, chicken burger or salad etc Plus the chefs choice of dessert. The dessert was a small cookie in a brown paper bag to go. For the price this was extortionate and very disappointing. Laughable. When they new we had pre booked this meal the service level dropped immediately, they weren't interested. The venue its self was extremely cold, long trousers and a jumper are needed.”

“We bought this deal at last minute of our trip. I wanted a treat for my teenage lad for helping me during our week in Orlando. ( I cant walk far in a wheelchair) It was amazing, the place is like a music museum. food was large scale and lovely. we book a night meal so we could relax after the theme park.”
