“Bought the tickets for my family holiday to Florida in August. Bought the Universal multi-park ticket (Studios, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay) as we spent a week at the Hard Rock hotel and weren't bothered about doing Disney this time as quite frankly it always leaves me disappointed compared to the 'Universal experience'.”

“Value for money as we could use them as many times as we wanted during our stay. I would have liked to see some queue hoppers and the photographs taken in the parks to be included in this ticket price.”

“Had tickets for 3 adults and 2 children. Had to pay adult prices for the children who were aged 12 and 14 years. In total paid approx. £1028 for the universal 3 park 14 day ticket. Visited 1-15th Aug 2017. The tickets would have been good value if Universal did not allow unlimited numbers of people into the parks. These places get crammed and the wait times for many of the attractions was 2-3 hours! Parking costs on each visit was $20! If you wanted a locker at volcano bay this was $12! The queues of people waiting to get a locker was ridiculous and often they sold out.”

“Universal explorer ticket was excellent, got on all the rides the family wanted to do. Didn't feel rushed and had time to relax by the villa pool before heading to Universal.”

“Fantastic service and price matched a competitor. Ordered tickets on Tuesday and they arrived on Wednesday morning by special delivery (extra charge but worth it). Highly recommend this company, brilliant!!”
