“We purchased tickets for Universal Studios 3 parks but due to hurricane Irma we were unable to use the tickets & couldn’t go. Floridatix were fantastic when we explained what had happened. We sent the tickets back to them & were issued with a full refund within 3 days. We can’t thank them enough for giving us our money back. We were obviously very disappointed that we couldn’t go to the parks, but we wouldn’t hesitate to use Floridatix again & would recommend to anyone thinking of buying tickets from them.”

“Bought tickets from floridatix and they were great tickets within days and universal was fantastic and island of adventure great value for money friendly staff brilliant problems at hotel and hurricane stopped us going to often but really great when we did and love new volcano bay great slides food good but towels and lockers abit expensive”
