Bought tickets for the Eye, Sealife and Madame Tussauds. All 3 only filled half a day for us so plan to do something else the same day. Tussauds was the most fun posing with the waxworks! We were a little disappointed in the Sealife as you could almost imagine your in one in Blackpool or Scarborough, we thought it would have been on a slightly grander scale.

We visited early on a Sunday morning. No real lines to worry about. If you've been to the London Eye, Madame Tussauds or a Sea-Life centre before, you know the score, but this is a little more. The Eye is bigger than London's. In the waxworks you are allowed to touch, hug, have photos with each one and Sea-Life is just that bit bigger than you expect.

I bought the tickets to go on the Orlando eye and Madame Tussaud. The eye was closed due to maintenance. On trying to gain a refund I was advised I had to wait on a report arriving to see if I had used the tickets and to contact them again at this time 17 days later. I did not understand why they could not keep my request for a refund until receipt of the report and emailed this. That same day I got an email to say I was being refunded £32 however the tickets had cost £92. I expected half refund of £46. I have asked for an explanation and await reply as I expect a half refund not 33% of my purchases. Disappointing after service.

We had viewed this being built and decided to visit the attraction this year. Initially I was apprehensive, not sure I am the best with heights, but decided to man up! It was very easy to book, no need to pre book, we simply turned up on the day with vouchers we had purchased in the UK. No real waiting time and we were onboard. It moves at a very relaxing pace, not sure we were all totally confident on the way up, but as our confidence grew towards the highest point, the view across Kissimmee and onto Orlando was amazing, I had no idea there was so much water in that area. Not quite sure how far the horizon was, but as it is pretty flat, it must be more than 25 miles. Fight your fear of heights and do this, I have to admit, I felt better on the way down, but would do again, spectacular an absolute must! Ride lasted approximately 30 minutes. Visited October 2015

Just back from a great holiday in Florida . Had tickets for the three attractions and personally preferred madam tussauds and sea life than the Orlando eye . But good value for money and voucher easy to use .

Back from Florida 2 weeks ago.Great but busy time. Staff at Orlando Eye had to check what to do with the voucher I had from Florida Tix...but all was sorted within a few minutes...I think he must have been a new staff member and unsure what to do. We did our trip in early afternoon...did not take long to complete the experience...abiut 30 minutes and was back down..great clear views..I pads showing you what the buildings were in the distance..kids loved it...I was apprehensive if I could feel it swaying but it was very still. Best thing was you had the pod to your own party and not shared with anyone unlike London several years ago.The eye was lit up blue at night whilst we were in Florida but the night before we did it..it was lit up with a yellowy golden view...nice

Having been to Orlando quite a bit, I am always looking for new things to do with the family to make each visit different. On learning that the Orlando Eye complex was opening, I knew this would be on my list of things to do! We were not disappointed. We arrived on a weekday, early evening, vouchers in hand expecting a wait. Vouchers were exchanged easily by a helpful staff member and we had no wait for the eye. The view was amazing, we could see for miles around. We then decided to try Madame Taussauds as well and again no wait. Staff were pleasant and helpful and I would highly recommend.

We were staying outside Orlando in Clearwater Beach so nearly a 2 hour drive away, turned up at the Orlando eye to find it had been closed due to thunderstorms approaching the area. The man on the desk exchanged my voucher for 2 tickets and gave us a time slot 2 hours later. I checked my weather app on my phone to find that Orlando was due thunderstorms for the remainder of the day. I asked for my voucher back as it's valid for a year and they told me they were unable to do so, a woman fiddled about with her computer for about 10 minutes and said these tickets 'should' be valid when you come back in February (I am sceptical) Basically paid for an attraction and not sure if we will actually get to use it without paying again.
