“The kids loved this but I don't think it was very organised. When you arrive you are taken to your allocated table and told to help yourself to the food. The whales are in the pool and are doing a few things with the trainers. Towards the end of the meal a trainer announces on a loudspeaker that the event is due to begin and they then spent 10-15 minutes getting the whales to perform various things whilst explaining what they were doing and why. The food was plentiful and we all ate well. I would book this again as I now know what to expect but for first timers they could have explained what was happening and when. Tip: turn up earlier than your allocated time as they were letting people in 30 minutes before they said they were. If you're early and are not happy with the table they will move you if they can. We saw a table of 4 walk out demanding a refund as they were given an outer table and they wanted an inner one. We heard staff say that if they had turned up early they would have moved them but they couldn't as they arrived once almost everyone was seated. The inner tables are better.”

“Bought tickets for a family of 6, we had a table centrally located to the training pool where we could easily see the Orca's resting between shows. We were looked after by Rachael who was a brilliant waitress, the food was great and we all enjoyed a chance to see a close up mini show, learning about the orcas and a chance to talk with the trainers. Great value for money and enjoyed by all/”

“Food was good, waiter was a little busy & had to be reminded a couple of times. tables very close together. Screens between tables & pool was scratched & dirty which meant for good shots you needed to try & stand up in a small space, then the seaworld staff told you to sit down. Having paid extra to see the whales close-up, you should be given a clear view! Kids loved the buffet.”

“I bought tickets for dine with shamu ,had a complimentary photo taken before we entered the venue to be seated . We were sat right next to the glass excellent views of the killer whale the buffet was really nice and excellent service by the waitress could nt do enough for us constantly topping up our drinks , really enjoyed by both myself and my 9 year old nephew”

“I bought tickets because we went to Florida to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary. I booked Discovery Cove (which was amazing) so got tickets to Seaworld included, I then opted to book the meal so we made the day of it. We finished watching the sea lion show at the same time it said to book in from so by the time we got to Dine with Shamu, we were seated so missed out on the included family photographs. Where we sat we could see most of what the whales were doing, but they were never stopped in front of us (we were seated in the middle next to the glass) to take pictures, they were at the front and st the back they had a ledge to lie on. My mother said it would of been nice if the tables were lowered so you could see under the water while eating with an option to stand at the back to see them practice jumps etc, food was lovely as were the drinks that were included. Would highly recommend.”
