“Universal do a great job of making this eve as scary as possible. Although the lines can be long for the bigger houses (walking dead, Halloween) it is well worth the wait. Would recommend going on the evenings that finish at 2 as you'll need all this time to get to see everything. Not suitable for young kids or people that scare easily. We would love to go back again.”

“This nis no way to do with Florida Tix's service, have used them a lot and never had any problems, but UNiversal's on the other hand... WOW... Beyond a joke. Queues were awful, yes everyone should expect to queue.. but they oversell the express pass tickets like there's no tomorrow! Inflating the lines even more! We saw them load 13 trains of express pass compared to just 7 of the main queue!”

“I bought tickets for the Halloween Nights of Horror through Floridatix but when I came to use them wasn't allowed access. It seems the tickets we were sold were not valid for a Saturday and of course this just happened to be the day we were there. We complained and were then told by Universal to come back the following day. We travelled back only to find the event wasn't taking place. We were booked to come home on the Monday and so were never able visit the event. We were all extremely disappointed.”

“You really have to try this. Depending on your point of view the chainsaws were the worst or best. Only downside was the waiting time at most of the haunted houses There were areas where you could be away from the mayhem which was good.”
