“Great price ! But volcano island was always to busy !!!!!”

“Ok its not Disney i get that. But this was poor. We went for a launch so we expected it to be busy but the lack of organisation and lack of staff was unacceptable . Before we even got into the park the 45 minute queue for the car park was chaos. No staff to direct traffic so people were changing lane and cutting in making the queue even longer. When we finally got to the park there was a 15 minute queue for the toilets as 25% were out of order.We then started queuing in the un-shaded midday sun for the buses to the launch viewing. This queue was huge snaking around the main entrance area again with no staff, barriers or organisation One of the few members of staff then started going through the queue from the back telling people the main viewing area was full. But as more people entered the park they joined the still huge queue causing absolute chaos. We then asked where we could see the launch from and was told there was some seating and screen behind the Atlantis building we followed the signs that lead us round the building to the second member of staff who was informing everyone walking round there that we actually wanted to walk around the other way despite the signage. I could go on but i will not waste any more time on the Kennedy Space Center but you get the Idea. The queue were unacceptable long with no shade. The Viewing area no shade. No staff and no information. No organisation. Then only drink vending machine in the 1.5 hour queue had run out of everything. Even the food and drink hall had massive queues so long they were going round the building. You would think this was the first time they have ever done a launch as they were not prepared or set up for the number of people. It is a shame that what should have been a great memorable experience was ruined by poor organisation and management.”

“We received these tickets via tracked delivery within a week of ordering. The price seemed pretty good. Nice looking tickets too, will keep them as souvenirs. The tickets were accepted at the attraction, no difficulties and I would recommenced FloridaTix. Kennedy Space centre is fantastic!”

“Lots of interesting memorabilia and a great simulator ride to experience a launch! We bought the tickets during an offer where adults went for child price so good value too when compared to other attraction tickets. The centre is close to Cocoa beach so we went there afterwards!”

“Bought the ticket for our family that consists of adults and teenagers. We all thoroughly enjoyed the day and wasn't expecting to spend the whole day there. I don't think we managed to complete everything but we did do most things. My only word of advice would be to take a warmer top as the aircon is very efficient and spent a lot of time inside and shivering. That didn't detract from the enjoyment of the day though. Highly recommend it.”
