“I bought tickets for the family. We had booked for a specific day but then discovered there was a rocket launch scheduled for a different day. We called up & were told they were open tickets so could watch the launch. What a fabulous experience - a day we won’t forget!”

“I thoroughly enjoyed the day at Kennedy Space Centre, the place, staff, exhibits, guides and just about anything else you can think of were fabulous. Lunch with an Astronaut was great, food was good (buffet) and the chat was funny and interesting at the same time. The Atlantis exhibit had me speechless, as a lad who grew up with Apollo and Space Shuttle during the Cold War, to be so close to an actual Shuttle was amazing. I just loved the passion and knowledge fo everyone about the place, they clearly adore what they do and it shows. The travel from Orlando to Kennedy Space Centre and back was with a tour bus operation independent of FloridaTix and Kennedy Space Centre, and was less useful. Not organised, not clear and quite rude when questioned politely by a number of members fo the party. Appeared to leave a family behind when we departed, who grnated were 15 minutes late at that point, but there was no effort to ask the Centre to chase, and no effort to call on mobile etc. I don;t think the tour bus operator had our contact details, despite these being offered by me at least. Poor, so I;d not bother with this means, but I will go back to Kennedy next time I visit Orlando for certain, just by another means...!”

“Bought tickets online received a few days later. Great service and the KSC was fantastic. Food outlets disappointing - quality and healthier options maybe a consideration by management of outlets.”

“Bought tickets for my partner as a surprise and they were worth every penny. The lunch we had was lovely and tasty and the astronaut was lovely and very charming and interesting. Kennedy Space Center is an amazing day out.”
