“Just got back from the most amazing 2 weeks at Walt Disney World ,using a 7 day ticket valued for 14 days bought through Floridatix as this option is not available in Orlando.Service from Floridatix was unbeatable , everyone so helpful .Memory maker would have been great but we didn't receive one .Once you get the hang of fast pass it is brilliant and so time saving . Disneyed every day with our passes working out at incredible value . Two very happy young boys age 3 and 6 returned to England yesterday and a set of parents and grand parents need a weeks holiday to recover from all the fun .”

“I bought 14 day hopper tickets in January in preparation for our once in a lifetime June holiday that we had saved for for three years. Two days before I tried to link the tickets to the Disney app and one didn't work so I called floridatix and they said that I had probably tried to link in too many times and that I should wait 24 hours and try again. I left it around 30 hours and tried again with no luck on the phone call I had made previously the gentlemen said that if it didn't work that when I got to Disney customer relations would help me out it happens a lot but I would have to keep pushing them because they would try to blame floridatix but it's not them it's disney. When I got there I went to customer relations and they after nearly three hours with two young children said that this doesn't happen often in fact the chap had never seen this before and what had happened was disney had cancelled one ticket because floridatix had not paid them for it. After a while longer disney got us a day pass but said they were waiting for the payment from floridatix before giving us our full ticket. I had to wait and see if I was emailed that night and go to customer relations again the next day to fetch the ticket. I waited that evening and the worrying about my 4 year old daughter who hadn't got her ticket that we paid for well in advance. We did get the ticket but it made for a very needlessly stressful start to our trip. Very poor to just not pay the money and also to tell me it happens all the time. Told my friend a florida regular who recommended floridatix and she was disgusted and has said she will use an alternative company going forward.”

“Ticket gave unlimited access to Disney, including park hopping. Waterparks also included. Memory maker was a bonus and we'll used. Recommend this ticket to anyone. Seems a lot to pay out at once but when u consider paying gate prices day after day you realise what a good deal it is.”

“We had a wonderful holiday, my daughters's boyfriend proposed by Cinderella's wishing well in Magic Kingdom so it was very magical. We had Memory Maker with our tickets so got some brilliant photos of them both plus all ride photos etc. The fireworks and illuminations at the end of the day were just the icing on the cake.”
