“Bought tickets for me and my son and we were delighted with the parks , the rides , shows, fireworks and the usual warm welcome you get with Disney .Fastpass was a bit disappointing as we couldo not get them for any of the most popular rides or shows so did not get to see the avatar one and the thunder held up the kali river rapid ride for an extra 30 minutes so I waited for about 70 mins just for this ride .My son would not wait.We did not get on most rides as there were ridiculous wait times of 130 minster etc for a lot of them which meant a lot of upset customers and I think people should be entitled to a refund of one days worth of cash back for this or a general reduction in the price as Disney are aware the long wait times are a big problem.”

“After speaking to many companies who sell Florida park tickets, we found Floridatix to be the friendliest, most helpful and cheapest by far! No problems with the ticket, straight to the front of the queues. Wouldn't book with anyone else in the future, would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“After our "Once in a Lifetime" visit to Florida, we have now been 9 times. Every time we have been to all the parks. The last two visits I have been very disappointed with all Disney Parks. They have cut back on shows and parades, the staff don't seem to be as courteous as they used to be, and the food prices have doubled but the portion sizes shrunk. The new fast pass system is terrible. If you plan it 30 days in advance, as it says, you can't change your plans. If you try and get a fast pass on the day. Don't bother. 7 of us went, plus an infant. Went to the only fast pass distribution point, couldn't get us all on the ride we wanted within a four hour time span. Trying to figure out how the machines worked, the attendant stood speaking to his buddy, and just ignored us. When we asked for assistance all we got was a dirty look and a shake of the head. He didn't explain anything, just said the attraction was full and went back to speaking to his buddy. Planning on going back 2019. But giving all Disney parks a miss.”

“Bought tickets for Disney and Universal Parks. Great price with the freedom to use these over the holidays. Tickets received were actual tickets so no need to queue when you got to the park. Tickets arrived well in advance for Disney to ensure we made the most of the fast pass options.”
