“We booked our tickets and a few weeks before we where travelling someone called sarah rang and said that we could add dine with shamu tickets onto our booking which was great and we booked... sadly when we arrived in florida we where told that we didnt have the bus voucher which we had with our tickets so i emailed you to be told that because we changed our plans by adding the shamu on that you had taken away the bus voucher from us which then left us in a difficult position travel wise.. nobody had told us about this during the phone call so is put a dent in our holiday excitement, very disapointed in this..”

“The tickets were amazing value. We especially made use of the unlimited photographs and have brought back many happy memories.Your staff very very helpful and as I live in Belgium let me make a manual payment. It was great I could pay in instalments to help spread the cost. I have already told friends and would definitely recommend your company and I would be happy to use you again”

“So sad cause myself and the family were upset having to stand in queues for hrs as we didn't no that the only way you can book the rides you want as to be done months in advance so only managed a few rides .”
