I bought tickets for myself and my Grandson as swimming with Dolphins was on my bucket list. I highly recommend it. We had an amazing day, and apart from swimming with the Dolphins, we snorkelled, ate, drank and had a really brilliant time. Florida holidays are quite manic, as there is soooo much to fit in, but this was an oasis of calm.

Bought tickets for my family and we loved it! very well organised and a relaxing day away from the busy parks. Great fun snorkelling especially with some beautiful fish and the giant Rays. Daughter and husband loved swimming with the Dolphins, an experience they will never forget.

We bought Ultimate Swim tickets for two people, and found that Discovery Cove is absolutely brilliant, would love to go again. We were very well looked after, the meals and drinks on offer were superb, and the whole environment very peaceful and beautiful. The highlight was swimming with all the fishes in the Coral Reef pool, and of course Swimming with Dolphins! We had one downside to the booking process, that our tickets included three other theme parks including Busch Gardens, however this was not showing on the booking system when we arrived, creating some concern, however Park Staff were very kind and sorted this out for us.

I purchased 6 tickets, 4 swim and 2 non swim for the family, those that swam with the dolphins had the most amazing time. Even us non swimmers enjoyed watching from very close up.

A great experience for the whole family. As the park closes earlier than any of the others - at 17:30 in August - to make the most of your day, it is important that you arrive as early as possible. If like us, your dolphin swim is delayed by bad weather, the earlier you get there, the more of the other areas you can explore and make the most of, such as snorkeling in the Marine reef with huge Rays and other tropical fish and observing the sharks. There is a bit of hanging around at the start whilst you get checked in but thereafter, there is no need to worry about anything. Food and drink is included throughout the day- as are towels, wet suits, snorkels and masks - and lockers are provided. Due to thunderstorms, our dolphin experience was delayed by approx 3 hours but we were assured it would definitely take place. After a briefing session, where you were also split in to groups of approx 10, you were led to the water (be prepared as it is pretty cold) by a very knowledgeable guide who then stayed with you throughout the time spent in the water with the dolphins. Although the time spent actually swimming/being pulled along by a dolphin is over in a flash, the memories will last for a considerable time. The park was closing by the time our dolphin swim was over, which meant we were not able to go back in to the other areas - hence get there early. Although we had to queue for 1/2 an hour at the end of the day, we felt compelled to purchase photos and a DVD of or time - which although very expensive, is well put together. All in all, a once in a lifetime experience, which as the cost included entry to Seaworld, Busch Gardens and Aquatica, was reasonable value for money.

This was our 3rd visit to Discovery Cove and we love it. They never overload the park and it always feels very comfortable. The food is great and is all included as are the drinks (alcohol included). It may seem expensive but I defy anyone to spend the day here and come out not feeling like it was worth it. If you are doing the dolphin swim I suggest that you wear the wet suit (provided) as the dolphin pools are COLD! You will also get a snorkel and suncream is available as well FOC. The dolphin swim is allocated as you arrive so try and arrive after 8am or you will end up with the dolphins before or just after breakfast. The later you arrive the later your swim. Keep in mind you want to spend all day here and get the most out of it. The only downside is the usual photos. They take loads and charge a fortune for them, the price of memories I suppose. Otherwise a great place to go to and one you will remember regardless of the cost.
