“Bought tickets for our family of 6 to visit Orlando, including Discovery Cove. Process was simple, tickets were received very quickly and all genuine park tickets which we had no trouble using at all. Would definitely recommend!!”

“We were naive to think we'd feel otherwise, but our experience at discovery cove left us feeling sad and deflated. Such beautiful creatures should not be used for entertainment purposes. Floridatix though, were fantastic, the booking process was seamless, and after having a query about the tickets, the staff provided excellent customer service and I certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending.”

“My husband and I decided to spend a day discovery cove rather last minute before we left to go on holiday. Floridatix provided tickets very quickly and efficiently, but unfortunately discovery cove did not meet our expectations, poor costumer service at the park, the breakfast was served up like prison slops, luke warm/cold, the lunch was not much better and pretty tasteless, the weather turned at 11.30 am to a thundery wet afternoon but you were expected to stay as "that is all part of the Floridian weather" we were told by customer services and they were not prepared to offer a rain check. It did not stop raining from 11.30 to 5.30 which definitely did not help with our review. Discovery Cove is all about extracting as much money as possible from you and not give much back for it.”
