“This is a great ticket. Including an all inclusive day at Discovery Cove and 14 days unlimited access to SeaWorld, Busch Gardens and Aquatica. These parks have all the rides and attractions you need for an Orlando holiday and are much less busy than Disney and universal”

“I purchased tickets for the whole family which was 9 in total. All the group had the dolphin swim apart from my partner and 2 year old. We had the most fantastic 30 minute encounter with the dolphins, we got lots of interaction with them. The rest of the time was spent enjoying the rest of the park, which included the grand reef. My 9 year old spent ages snorkelling and admiring the fish and sting ray. Booking with Floridatix was easy.”

“Had a fantastic day with the family at Discovery Cove. They loved the snorkelling with the fish in the Corel pool. The ticket included access to seaworld. Having spent a few days at Disney and packing water in reusable bottles and packing some food to keep the kids going, we were disappointed by Seaworld. No drink or food was allowed to be taken in to the park meaning we would have to pay $3 for one bottle of water (no water fountains like Disney either). For a company keen to look after nature why force customers to buy disposable plastic? All food was also plastic cutlery, plates and non recyclable drink cups with straws. They need to look at the amount of plastic they are potentially putting into our seas. Disney’s approach to food and drink is far superior. Another issue to not being able to take a bag onto any of their rides like Disney allow. They insist on people putting their bags into their lockers and charging $2 per hour for the privilege. They did say you could leave it with a non riser but that does not help a family of four wanting to experience the ride together.”

“Not the best experience booking tickets! First it wouldn’t work online for some reason so I rang to do it over the phone, then I never received a confirmation email so had to chase it up, then when my tickets arrived my name was spelt wrong after having confirmed it at least three times and then finally got tickets with the correct name on but the departure date is wrong and it says I only get free parking at one of the parks even though it says all 3 on the website! Disappointing service, especially seeing as the woman I spoke to about not receiving a confirmation email was having a blatant conversation with a colleague whilst dealing with my call. No wonder it’s full of mistakes!”

“I bought the tickets and chose a date to swim with the dolphins, I was a bit nervous as I’am not a swimming, but they were very good and I stayed i shallow area, I loved it brilliant experience”

“My daughter has used these several times, but we were a little unsure, but we gave them a try and so glad we did. We can definitely recommend them. Don't be worried as Floridatix handle thousands of tickets every year. Customer service was excellent, very pleased we purchased our tickets this way.”
