“Bought our tickets quite in advance so had to wait a bit for them to arrive (+12 months before holiday) but still had them well in advance for holiday, we had the ticket that covered aquatica, seaworld and busch gardens, had a brilliant time and would deffo recommend this company and would purchase again.”

“Initial tickets were delivered to my billing address. After communicating this to the sales team I managed at the last minute to retrieve only to fin 50% of my tickets not in the envelope. Struggled in vain to remedy this 1 day before departure and caused further upset. Will never buy again.”
