“Excellent cleaner and great service from Floorseal . I diluted 1 part cleaner with 1 part water in a standard garden pump sprayer and applied to an Indian sandstone and a concrete slab patio area in light drizzle after brushing away as much dirt as possible first . The patios were dark in colour with dirt and algae and very slippery when wet as they are near trees . After applying I gently agitated the surface with a stiff brush and then as heavy rain was forecast overnight left for the rain to rinse off . The next day revealed a lovely clean finish with no trace of dirt , algae or slipperiness and the colours in the stone nice and clear . Well worth the price this is a very good product indeed .”

“This is the best patio cleaner I’ve ever bought. Easy to apply with a sprayer at a 1:1 ratio and just 30 minutes later I washed down the slabs with a pressure washer. I wasn’t expecting the great results but I’m really happy with the outcome”

“I have used this previously on patio flags with great success. I used it this time on block paving and I'm impressed! It means you don't remove as much sand between the blocks as you do with pressure washing. Also this is a less severe way of cleaning. Downside is the amount of water you use; if you're on a meter you'll notice it. But, overall this gives better results than pressure washing and the patio stays cleaner for much longer.”
