“Fantastic product. I have York stone steps on my late Victorian townhouse. They hadn’t been cleaned for years and they were so bad they looked like concrete. After using Black Spot Remover my steps look stunning. All black spots have been removed and I can now move on to sealing and repairing them.”

“I haven't yet used this as, apart from weather conditions, I am afraid of it due to all the warnings, it does sound like dangerous stuff. I might have to get someone who can be suitably dressed to use it.”

“Bought last year and just got round to using it. Very pleased with the result - we were disappointed with our patio after pressure washing failed to clean off the black spots which had appeared but application of this product has cleaned the tiles very well indeed (strangely, except for one tile so I assume that it is just a feature of that tile and not blackspot!). The product is strong so you do need to follow the guidance very carefully, including wearing eye protectors, stopping the tiles drying out with the product still on (choose a cloudy day), and ensuring adjacent plants and grass are protected (I kept the grass edge wet all the time to dilute any run-off. And wear old clothes - it bleached my old jeans at the knee (as I scrubbed kneeling down - this gave better pressure than using a deck broom) and ruined the shirtsleeves of an old shirt with product splash. No idea if a repeat application will be needed next year but I can definitely recommend this product.”
