“After trying a few Products for cleaning my Porceline Patio tiles and not really getting that deep clean i thought i would try this. So Glad i did its an Awesome Product and does exactly what is says. Would highly reccomend”

“Used successfully on our porcelain patio that had green stain and black spot built up over the winter and worked really well. Easy to apply. Will probabaly become an annual purchase from now on.”

“An amazing product. I’ve used other products to try and remove leaf staining, which turned parts of my light grey porcelain tiles black. These products had no effect. However within minutes of applying Floorseal porcelain Patio Spring Clean, the staining disappeared 100% before my eyes! My patio was restored to its original condition. I would highly recommend this product as it does what it claims”

“It worked great. Didn't look like at first but gave it time to work it's magic. My tiles are only 12 months old but even so I was very impressed and would definitely recommend the product.”

“After a lot of research for an outside patio porcelain tile cleaner I decided to purchase the Floorseal Spring Clean. It was not the cheapest but I was not disappointed. I had a lot of grime and leaf staining on the patio after the winter which the jetwash wouldn't touch. I applied the spring clean via a spray bottle and after 15 minutes the staining just washed away with a watering can. Expensive but highly recommended.”
