“The first year after our patio was laid I used a porcelain tile cleaner that was made by the manufacturer of the tiles, thinking it would be the best. But I was disappointed. This year I happened to come across this excellent cleaner online & after using, I can honestly say my patio looks amazing - better than when it was first laid I reckon! I’ll definitely use it annually now at the beginning of the season & can’t recommend it highly enough. So easy to use too.”

“This cleaner is amazing. My light grey porcelain tiles were really dirty after 3-4 months of not cleaning them through the winter. We have plenty of trees around us. So with the leaves leaving their dust everywhere & the staining from our hanging baskets & tubs. The tiles were really dirty. I sprayed the cleaner on them. Left it around 15 minutes & then started power washing them & the tiles were like new again. I just had to put the patio cleaner over a very small patch, right by the tree edge, a 2nd time, but that did the trick. I really wish I had taken a picture of before & after, to show how clean the are, but I forgot. Sorry. The other thing is. They have also stayed clean. So it might cut down on how many times I have to power wash then, this year. Lets hope so. But I will be definitely buying this again.”

“I have used several different products over the years on my Porcelain patio and was sceptical about the outcome of using Floorseal based on the results I have had from others. Needless to say this has worked perfectly and removed all stubborn stains from both the tile and the joints. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an effective cleaning solution.”

“Excellent product. I applied to my patio with watering can, agitated with stiff brush and then power washed clean. Patio looks like new now. Great service from Floorseal, cleaner arrived within 2 days by FEDEX.”

“Second season of using Porcelain Spring Clean on a light grey patio. Made mistake of not removing all leaves during Autumn for first year and had to deal with a lot of grey / black leaf staining alongside normal grime and algae. Product worked extremely well with relatively little effort to agitate once sprayed onto slabs. Annual purchase from now on to deal with 90M2 of patio in around 8 hours. Apart from some additional sap from Acer trees, which require additional cleaning once in full leaf. One session works for the full year.”
