“Very powerful and it does the job just under 20 mins dwell time for mild dirts and algae porcelain patio! No bubble or foam. Plain strong breach solution and would need great protections coming in contact with skin!”

“Having had a new porcelain tile patio laid 3 years ago we were really pleased with the difference it made to the rear of the house. Over time however our bright ivory tiles got dirtier and dirtier with ingrained soil and leaf debris. Nothing would clean them. As a last resort I tried Floorseal Spring Patio Clean and was amazed at the results. It was easy to apply - dilute 3:1 with water and occasionally brush it around for about an hour, then wash off with a hose. The result was nothing short of miraculous. All the soiling disappeared and our bright ivory finish was restored. It certainly does what Floorseal says it does and I was hugely impressed.”

“Absolutely delighted with this product. I cannot recommend it enough. I had tried two other products to clean my white porcelain patio tiles to no avail. The cleaner is so easy to apply, I just used a basin to mix it with water. I then poured it onto the tiles and spread it evenly across the patio with a hard bristled brush, left it for 15 minutes and then rinsed with water as directed. The results were amazing. The patio looks as good as it did when first laid.”

“This product is amazing. It removed black haze and leaf mould from my patio. I simply applied it with a watering can and scrubbed with a stiff brush then hosed it off . I had paid a professional company to jet wash my patio prior to this, and they failed to get rid of the black haze and leaf stains, in spite of spraying it first with what smelt like bleach. I can highly recommend this product. I will use it every year now instead of jet washing as it is so much easier and the results far superior”
