“Good product does the job. But: It is expensive Very messy to use Only available in 1lt bottles Which means if you only need A small amount to finish a job Or touch up it gets expensive”

“Amazing product and the floor looks back to its best. Very easy to use, my tip is to really use the minimum you can. You don’t need much and it makes wiping it off after applying easier.”

“This product is amazing. Completely restored my black limestone slabs after they faded badly over the course of around 2 years since installation. If anything they look better than when they were new. It's easy to apply but follow the instructions exactly. Customer service is top notch, and they even wrote some notes on the data sheet around specific timings in warmer weather. I bought the 1L bottle and for my small patio (C. 12sqm) I used around half, so can use again if needed in future. From my experience I'd say stay off it for a couple of days as it stayed a little 'sticky' for about 48h and then went completely dry. Another great product from Floorseal.”

“I was surprised how well it went. The product is easy to use and the results were fantastic. I wish i had taken a before and after photo, as it would have been good to show that the product really does what it says on the 'tin'.”

“I am amazed at how well my black limestone has come up with this product. I read that a little goes a long way and it is very true. If there was any room to be impressed further it was with the help and guidance I received from Floorseal on the best way to tackle oil stains on some of the tiles. So great product and great people to deal with”
