“The customer service was fantastic from the outset. Having purchased cathedral slate tiles that were made from limestone there was a slight haze on the tiles after cleaning from the grout. Having sent pictures the team advised on the two best products and sent 100ml samples. Given the tiles were brand new and the tiles that were unaffected looked amazing with the restorer. I found that 2 x 100ml samples was enough to cover 10m square with some left over if your Flor coverage doesn’t require the size of the 1 litre bottle.”
