“What novice users, like me, need to know is how to guage the pull of magnets relative to their intended use.
I first bought tiny 2mm diameter magnets as closure for small boxes I was making. The advertised pull and the 'feel' of prising them apart seemed ideal. They were not. So, I chose bigger magnets with much more pull. So strong that I thought I could disguise them behind wood veneer (a 2mm gap) which I thought would still be effective. They were not. So, third time lucky, I had the magnets touching and they were great.
How about getting users to share pictures and descriptions of size and use?”
Thank you for taking time to leave us a review it really helps us out! We are so happy you were satisfied with our service and that our magnets are helping with your application.
We LOVE to see pictures and videos of our magnets in action, and are always updating our blog and socials with various customer applications. Due to the huge (but impressive) variation of applications for magnets often it can be hard to advise an exact magnet and takes a bit of trial and error from the project starter. If you would be happy to share any from your application, please email any images or videos to aohare@ellismather.com
Thanks again,
