“I bought two of these wheels and both failed in different ways. The first one set off OK and started spinning then there were two extremely loud explosions and half the wheel blew off. It continued to spin slowly with the one side still working, pretty dangerous. The second wheel even though it was freely spinning before lighting did not spin. All 4 of the tubes lit at once, but there was no power so it did not even try to spin. I checked it was not stuck after it had finished and it was still freely spinning.”
