“I feel really ripped off by the amount Firebox charged me for postage and packing (£3.99). It arrived today in a flimsy envelope, not even tracked. It couldn't have cost Firebox any more than £1 to send, the envelope itself would have been pennies, the product wasn't protected in any way. Nowhere near the £3.99 I was charged. I'm seriously annoyed at this blatant overcharging on their part. And the product itself is way overpriced and rubbish. I feel like I've been ripped off like one of those American mail order adverts from the 60's and 70s :-(”
