“Awful quality. The recipient's name is awkwardly plonked on each page, sometimes clumsily overlapping with the artwork, and the print is pixelated and blurred. It looks as though someone stretched tiny images onto these A4 pages and printed it off using their home printer. Looks and feels cheap. It's disappointing that it's not eligible for returns; I won't be ordering personalised gifts from Firebox in future as the quality can't be trusted. Was intended to be a gift but I'd be embarrassed to give it.”
