“The mug barely worked (it is REALLY hard to press the button). It is also not waterproof and cannot wash it in the dishwasher. Overall, just a very cheap plastic mug and worked for 2 days before it broke altogether. And lastly, it was over a month late shipping this to me. I would love to give this a zero.”

“My order was late and I couldn’t track it so they sent me money back for that. After it came it stopped working few days later and after emailing them they sent me a new one for free. 10/10 would recommend, customer service is amazing.”
