“Really disappointed with the product. I recognise you are not magicians but the stripes needed to be vertical as in the picture I sent. Whilst the key ring looks not a lot like my son , if the stripes had been correct I could possibly have used it.”

“I asked for a purple t shirt with a feather on it; I'd seen a review where someone had said they were given an astronaut on a t-shirt so thought perhaps they apply a transfer to a plain body piece, given the price. They sent a purple shirt but nothing like what I asked for so either the other reviewer got lucky or they're being paid for the review. Worse than this though they completely ignored the photo provided and sent the wrong hair style and colour. Firebox refused to take a return because it's "customised" (it's not, these are generic Lego minifigs being pieced together and sent in a plastic bag stapled to a piece of cardboard) so I'm in the process of having that argument with them over this and it will likely go to a chargeback under the sale of goods act (goods not as described). This item is total crap, Firebox should be thoroughly ashamed at charging £25 for it.”

“I ordered this for my fiance and was shocked with how accurate it is! I told the site that he likes astronauts and they drew one on his favourite t-shirt! Great costumer service, very fast delivery, my only complaint would be that they missed to add his two beauty marks on his face (might be for the best since he doesn't like them hehe) I will definitely order again, great cute gift really cool”
