First, we would like to sincerely apologize for the poor handling of your order and that you were unhappy with the processing and late delivery. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the "Fresh Faces" and they had to be reworked. The Customer Service has provided you with your tracking information and the Fresh Faces should be delivered in the next few days.
