“I Haven't actually used the extinguisher, and hope to never have to. As far as the company goes, I tend to feel that one indicator of a good company is what they do when there's a problem. A small part was missing, due to mishandling by the carrier. The company immediately offered to send me the missing part, which arrived a day or two later - and the unit is now fitted and in place. I would certainly buy from them again.”
