A Christmas Eve classic. Our gammon has been dry-cured and smoked by our Somerset butchers, resulting in the most deliciously sweet and tender meat. Cut from the hind leg, this joint is succulent and packed with flavour. Our gammon is made with 100% British pork from outdoor-reared pigs. Serves 4 people This product is only available for delivery on our Christmas delivery days (Thu 19 Dec, Fri 20 Dec, Sat 21 Dec, Sun 22 Dec, Mon 23 Dec, Tue 24 Dec)

Enjoyed this on Boxing Day - hot with roast turkey, and then cold with Bubble and Squeak and pickles over the following 2 days.Used the remainder in a turkey and ham home made pie.Tender and lean and really delicious.Cooked according to the helpful guide and it was perfect!
