Our gluten-free pork forcemeat stuffing with cranberries and clementine is handmade in our Somerset butchery, using only the finest free-range pork from Simon Price’s Devonshire farm. A wonderfully festive combination that complements our free-range Bronze turkey perfectly. Serves 4 to 5 people This product is only available for delivery on our Christmas delivery days (Thu 19 Dec, Fri 20 Dec, Sat 21 Dec, Sun 22 Dec, Mon 23 Dec, Tue 24 Dec)

“This went very well with the wild mallard and I've used the rest of it to make a sausage and spinach filo swirl (a la Mary Berry). The fruity flavours could have been stronger.”
